Delivery Information

Delivery will usually be by Royal Mail or Parcelforce depending on the size of the order. Goods will normally be posted within 2 working days of receiving your order. Delivery will usually take 3-5 working days but is dependent on the Carrier and this cannot be guaranteed.

Returns

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt, and returned within 28 days. Goods must be returned in the original packaging and all wrapping must be intact. Return postage must be paid for by the buyer and will not be reimbursed.

Refunds

Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds can only be made via the original payment method. Goods must be in the original condition in order to receive a refund.

Packaging

All items are sent carefully packaged to ensure their safety. Mugs are sent in smashproof mug boxes, and other items are sent in bubble mailers or boxes with appropriate padding.
